The collection of production data
at Tristar was done manually,
using worksheets and disparate
computer systems. This was prone
to errors, delays and gave an in-
complete picture of production
processes. As a result, the compa-
ny faced the following challenges:

visibility on the real-time per-
formance of production lines.
■ Incorrect data: Manual errors
were affecting the accuracy of
reports and analysis.

were generated late, making
